In physical form Exercise means the mobility of the limbs of our system. It is good for health. There are various kinds of physical exercise. Jogging swimming. Rowing and gymnastics etc.. Are some good sorts of exercise. Different kinds of games including football. Cricket. Hockey and so forth are kinds of good training. We must take physical exercise every day. Physical exercise preserves in addition to improving our health. It makes a male strong, active and continues him free from diseases. Your system is like a machine. It is usually kept in good condition by taking in physical form exercise. There is a close network between the mind and the system. "A sound mind in a very sound body" is an adage. Physical exercise promoted our health in addition to brings peace in our mind. Exercise is the key to good health. It can be a cure for many digested. This is why some kind of physical exercise is necessary. The schools need exercise much. Exercise refreshes their brain. It creates them cheerful. Those who will not take exercise fall affected individuals with many diseases and become unsuitable for any work. A man connected with IL-health cannot enjoy life. He's a burden to multifamily along with the society. He loses all of interests and happiness connected with life. It should be remembered this excess of anything is undesirable. Exercise is good. But through exercise id injurious to health. Health is the cause of all happiness. So we are going to take physical exercise regularly. It continues body fit and healthy.
